Large amounts of domestic waste left uncollected

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8532677.

Black bags of waste including food waste are being repeatedly left on the corner of woodbine road and whitehall road (187-189). St Mungos own 191-195 and are repeatedly being blamed for it. This is now a flytipping hotspot also.
