I and many other people walk from the main Torbay hospital to Regent House (another part of the hospital). When it rains the road on the railway side floods as the drains are blocked with leaves. Yesterday all the cars speeding past swamped me with standing water. I spent the morning in work with wet trousers - not good. Please could you clear the drains and check them regularly. It would be appreciated.
