Missing illuminated beacons

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8530342.

On this traffic island from farnborough road onto forge lane the illuminated beacons are missing. Also the island is covered a lot by leaf litter. This is very dangerous coming off the fast farnborough road onto forge lane. I have seen numerous near misses in this area. The road surface is also a danger with potholes which are getting worse the past few years and a lot more cars are using this turning now due to the new redrow development also.
