Unmarked step on the pavement which is invisible in the dark

There is a step which infringes on to the pavement from a property and is not visible in the dark. Please see attached photos showing one taken without a flash and the other with, so you can see that it is not visible. Whilst walking along the pavement in the dark, I tripped over the step, landing on my shoulder and elbow. I have had severe pain in my right arm for a number of days, meaning I haven't been able to drive. I also bruised my pelvic bone, have pain in my ribs, a cut to my hand, and bruised my knee.
