Sent to Brighton and Hove City Council 5 minutes later
Restricted pavement access outside of 184 Bevendean Crescent due to overhanging brambles from unkept border and black recycling boxes. Hazards to pedestrians.

Nothing has changed at all. I find it unbelievable that people are allowed to clutter up the pavement with black boxes and overgrown hedges. Totally antisocial, without a care for the local area or environment.

The brambles have been partly clipped back but long lengths of clippings have been left to litter the pavement. Even more of a hazard for small pets and pushchairs. It will not just blow away in the wind as the length of cuttings are too long. The black boxes have reduced in number.
