Sent to Glasgow City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8529356.

Snapped on one side at top. The other side is also snapped but being (weakly) held together only by a disintegrating plastic tie.

For public safety, both sides need proper welding - ie not plastic ties.

That's a theoretical '40mph', 8.8 million+ vehicles a year, 'A' road right next to it. In 2023, 51.6% of the near 12,000 a day vehicles heading west broke that speed limit.
