Drain at bus stop choked & pooling

Sent to Glasgow City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8529280.

This drain previously same, round surfaces crumbling as a result. After the usual failed 'cold tar' interventions, the drain and immediate surround were fixed properly. That was, until this year's road surfacing when the sub-contractors seen fit to infill it with tar. And here we are, again.
