Pine trees
Reported in the Trees category anonymously at 17:31, Wed 30 December 2009
Sent to Haringey Borough Council 4 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 85292.
There are pine trees in a neighbor garden which keep on growing taller and taller. They are blocking the sun most of the year and and over powering/overwhelming. After speaking to other neighbors about it, we are wondering what action could be taken to have them removed. They are, we believe creating subsidence too. they are 20-25 high. Thanks.

Apparently the landlord would been contacted and refused to cut them down. there are two rented flats.
the little sun we get in the winter is stopped by these trees. god knows how much damages they are creating..Posted anonymously at 15:54, Sun 3 January 2010

Well, being a tenant, I cannot say much. But two owners have asked and the answer is negative. The landlord of the property refuses to cut them, although he does not live there. They are I believe rented flats.

The trees in questions are in a garden of a rented flat. After speaking to the tenant, we understand that the landlord is not willing to do anything regarding the problem.
4-6 gardens are suffering from that problem. 4-5 hours less sun every day. And god know how little sun we get in this country these days.Posted anonymously at 13:48, Mon 10 May 2010

Problem still remains.
Trees [4] keep on growing.
Tenant cut some of the branches but make hardly any difference.
Stubborn and inconsiderate landlord.Posted anonymously at 13:21, Thu 8 July 2010
