I have explained this only to be told this is private land and yet these are mostly council homes, we pay rent to Bristol city council, any repairs are arranged by Bristol city council, so who is it that is meant to own the land for us to contact or do we have to just put up with waste left on the street, pavement and grass verges. who is meant to be responsible for this area if not Bristol city council.

I have a Private Property Held in Trust in Ambleside Avenue , at the back of number 110-112- Ambleside Avenue the garage behind the private property’s is a garage that a Mr John Hawks has taken over many years ago with No permission from the Council As he has said he has no intention of telling the Council that he is using it for the holding of Tools and other building materials and equipment, Yet Mr John Hawks is Collecting Full PIP Credits from the Council and government!?! If he is Disabled why does he Need all the Building Materials and power tools And a High top Big Transit van which he uses for working purposes! He has been filling up his garden with so much building materials it’s crazy?!? Everyone sees him wheelbarrow heavy equipment in and out all day sometimes? Yet he still Claims he’s disabled?? This needs looking into Again as I know he has been sanctioned by the government before for working yet he is still working?
Please take notice of this matter and take a look at Mr Hawks Garden and Content?! Mr John Hawks!. 31 Penrith Gardens. Bristol. BS10 5LY. He’s scamming you out of benefits every single month and his gas and electric meter are rigged up so he doesn’t pay for anything in the winter time only the summer months!?! He has told too many people his business and he’s not very smart at all.
Many thanks for your investigation into this matter. I know this and he lives over half a mile away from the garage he’s fly tipping in and using the garage next door to hold tools and equipment for building work!?!
