• Thank you for your report. The surface currently in place is a temporary reinstatement. Our contractors are closed over the holiday period and are scheduled to return on 6 January. This matter will be followed up with them as soon as operations resume so that the permanent reinstatement can be arranged as a priority. We appreciate your understanding and patience in the meantime.

• Hi, I am not sure why this has been closed? The problem still exists and we do not have a timeline / date for it to be resolved.

  Thank you for your message. Our records indicate that the permanent reinstatement was completed on 31st December 2025 (photo attached), and one of our inspectors walked the High Street on 5th January 2026 to check the completed works.

  For clarity, could you confirm whether the location in question is High Street, Beckenham, at the junction of Fairfield Road, outside 87–89 Pera Restaurant?
