Having looked at where the tree is situated outside 24 Chester Way it looks like this could come under Sanctuary Housing not Oxfordshire County Council. Can you raise directly with sanctuary housing maintenance.

Thank you for your report. I have visited site and assessed the trees in their location. The trees present are on land not deemed to be part of the highway maintainable at public expense by OCC in the County’s capacity as local highway authority. A land registry search has confirmed that the trees are on land that is maintainable by Sanctuary Housing Association and not by the County Council. We advise to contact them directly to pursue this enquiry further.
