Old parking bay in use every day - dangerous

Vehicle parking in the old parking bay which was removed from Zone 15 in the latest review. This was moved to outside All Saints Church. The road markings on the old bays had been painted over but the paint has worn off and parking vehicles are using the bays and ignoring the signage. This is happening every day now and has been ongoing for a couple of months. Due to the siting of the new bays outside All Saints Church combined with cars using these old bays, the road is even more dangerous than it was before the bays were re-sited. You have two way traffic trying to navigate two pinch points created by the parking bays on both sides of the road at a point where the road already narrows. Please see photo which shows two vehicles parked in both the old and the new bays and two vehicles trying to pass each other. There will be an accident if this is not resolved quickly.
