Hugely overgrown pathway unable to access benson village by foot

Reported in the Parks/landscapes category anonymously at 14:59, Sun 3 July 2016 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to South Oxfordshire District Council less than a minute later

It is impossible to walk to benson village as the pathway along Benson road is completely overgrown. I wouldn't like to walk down there alone but with a pushchair as I was today it was impossible! My son was being stung by nettles and scratched by all the brambles and other overgrown plants. we were forced to walk on the road in parts as it was completely closed off. With the road so dangerous with fast moving vehicles and sharp bends we were defeated and had to turn around and go home. That is our only path into a village with a shop, post office and other amenities. I feel trapped! It isn't one specific area it's all the way along the road.
