Hazardous pavements due to mud

Reported via desktop in the Footways and Pavement damage category anonymously at 21:23, Tue 9 December 2025 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8525786.

The pavement from Red Copse Lane to Chilswell Lane on Foxcombe Road is covered in mud from the squashed verge and wet leaves and is extremely hazardous This pavement is used by pedestrians walking to Hinksey Hill Top to catch the local transport to Oxford or Abingdon. From Chilswell Lane to Hinksey Hill Top it is passable (in single file) but could do with a clean up on the verge. The other end of Foxcombe Road (from Berkeley Road to Fox Lane) has been recently cleaned beautifully of leaves/debris. Thank you.
