Taxis and others park in front of Grand Royale Hotel on Inverness street blocking traffic

Taxis and lorries alike are parking regularly on the single yellow line in front of The Grand Royale Hotel on Inverness Terrace, bringing the traffic to a standstill on a regular basis day and night, therefore causing unnecessary disturbance and noise. The situation is rather unbearable and could be rectified rather quickly by allowing for a designated taxi bay and or a loading bay in front if the hotel. Thank you.
