Large pothole in driving lane

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and West Oxfordshire District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8525226.

There is a large pothole in the normal driving lane on the A40 on the approach to the Windrush roundabout. I have hit it twice in my car recently and yesterday evening it took out one of my tyres which I had to get replaced today. Please can you get this repaired as soon as possible. It is very dangerous.
