Road needing repairs

Sent to Hull City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8524492.

Car drivers are avoiding a very large bump in the road, the road its self as sunk causing a large ramp. It's also very difficult to see when the road fills with rain water. I see that has been reported previously but this does need to be addressed before someone gets hurt.
