Bottom of causeway on main road

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8524475.

Can't cross the road on the crossing as completely flooded, this put school children at risk as forced to either walk in it and it can come up to knee, or walk dangerously on the main road via no crossing
