Massive pothole dip in pavement from maintenance work

Hello

About a month or two ago some sort of work was undertaken by the electric pole by my house. I was at work at the time so was unable to see who, but I believe it may have been for Fibre Optic.

They attempted to cover the hole they created but have done a shoddy job as it has created a gaping hole where it should be flat right by the pavement toward my home. The hole is big and deep enough to cause people to trip and fall. I have seen many people trip due to this and living in an area that has many senior citizens, it is a massive cause for concern.

Please can someone come back and complete the job that has been done half way and ensure that we still have access to water mains pls as that is half covered and broken now too.
