Rubbish repeated

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8523561.

This rubbish has been at least two weeks and it getting bigger as the weeks go by . I have repeatedly reported this address for dumping his rubbish on the pavement which as I live opposite have to look at .Can you tell me what is being done about this problem as he seems to be able to get away with it ,while others have to pay for this service .please can you up date me on this problem . Concerned rate payer.
