The path between Riverside Garden Centre is always flooded after a few hours rain and when this photo was taken was over the width of the pathway, over a metre long and several inches deep. It is often much longer & deeper after heavy rain. Pedestrians either have to get wet feet/shoes or risk slipping in mud by trying to walk on grass either side of puddle/small lake. It has been like this, after rain, for several years.
