Cars completely ignore parking restrictions especially on stainbeck lane outside the woods pub and laundry. Cars are always parking on double yellows and zig zag zones for hours in the evening because they know there is zero law enforcement.

  • The problem will not be solved until leeds city council have a visible deterrent we need traffic wardens. They would get there money back within a week.
