Flooding on street & pavement

Flooding has been ongoing for over a week now. Likely due to blocked drains. Flood water is disgusting and stinks as it has been sat stagnant for many days. Also is causing a hazard because pedestrians are having to use the roadway and walk into oncoming traffic to avoid deep puddles
