Drain cover ajar and bladed upwards

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8519328.

There is a manhole cover that is partially open, causing it to jut upwards a foot or so. It is currently in the parking alcove so will likely cause damage to vehicles if not spotted when trying to park
