Massive litter build up on strectch of A10

Sent to East Hertfordshire District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8517752.

The A10 between Hertford and Ware including a mile either side and slip roads has become incredibly polluted by very high volumes of litter. It's become completely endemic in this area and needs urgetn resolution
