Pavement flooded, constantly flooding

Reported via mobile in the Standing water category anonymously at 12:01, Mon 8 December 2025

Sent to TfL 5 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 8516664.

This pavement is constantly flooding now as someone has made a concrete dam that following path of Alley gate. The photo shows the gate before this makeshift dam was put in. This area has never flooded before. I'm a resident here from 1960. The rain water, used to flow down alleyway ramp and into the Alley. This is now a hazard to all but especially elderly. This time of year, we can expect it to freeze. I don't think Ealing council would be so silly to cause this, so suspect a third party.

  • Truthfully, it's a waste of my time as no one has bothered to look. It's just Lip service or AI. If somebody had looked, it would be obvious. Now requesting more pictures, proves nobody has even looked. When this is bad, you can't just bypass it by walking onto a live A40 lane. I think I've done my bit. At least, if somebody has an accident there, I have created a report trail.
