Parking fully on pavements

Sent to Leeds City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8513872.

Work vehicles and private vehicles are being parked fully on pavements, making anyone wishing to pash have to walk on the road to bypass the vehicle, These are parked on pavements 7 days a week mostly after 5 pm on weekdays and most of the day on weekends. You cannot pass without using the road which is scary on a nighttime especially if you have a child with you.
