Vehicle repeatedly blocking private driveway – urgent obstruction (Silver Ford WV61 OME)

A silver Ford (registration WV61 OME) is parked directly across our private driveway, completely obstructing access in and out of our property. This has happened before, and it is causing significant disruption and stress—especially as we urgently need to leave and cannot move our own vehicle. The owner is unknown, and neighbours do not recognise the car.

The driveway has been formally approved by the council for an H-bar marking, and we are currently waiting for it to be painted, but vehicles continue to block the access in the meantime. This behaviour is inconsiderate, unsafe, and affecting both us and the wider community. We are requesting urgent action to prevent further obstruction.
