Reported via mobile anonymously at 23:15, Sat 6 December 2025
Sent to Liverpool City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8511406.
Antisocial use of bins. General waist purple bin at the moment standing for weeks. It’s blocking parked vehicles or pedestrians to walk freely as its stands on pavement. Littering the Road if its strong wind fly tipping. Also attracts animals when overfilled. Traffic cone on road too.

30/12/2025 purple bin is back and placed again on foot pathway. Since it was knocked off by a pedestrian bin content scattered other pedestrian put it upright. Pedestrians leave litter placed on it and falls out usually. From photo which was taken 31/12/2025 you traffic cone used and blue bin is still there today by the same person. Traffic cone I believe was borrowed from Smithdown roadworks when it was last year in December.

Thanks to fixmystreet! Bins were removed by perpetrator who deliberately kept them to cause problems. This problem was for so long I think around 8 years! I made numerous complaints to Liverpool city council who didn’t do their job to deal with responsible. Also was making complaints with HA Riverside and Merseyside Police due to threats of violence been made when bin was moved of my car!

Today is my Birthday! Door slams and bangs from Perpetrator since 7:30am to the time I left with my daughter to school she was scared being at home when getting ready as the bangs were so loud and distressing. Although our home stinks canabis tobacco chemical not normal household stinks to the point we can’t use or enjoy our property in 2 bedrooms and home stinks and even outside coming to front garden. Aweful distressing and Alarming! On return from school run Perpetrator places purple bin in same place as was complaint in first place. Council was aware of all this as we provided all details to council and his HA but no official response.

Today was purple bin collection. So Perpetrator started from nuisance radio music to our adjoining wall so loud that we heard every word it was set so loud. Bangs slams all day so loud that my head in work heard over teams chat! Then perpetrator jetwashed his front and back gardens pushed all dirt and water to the road under my car and to our drive in dropped kerb. Then culprit put 2 bins blue and purple. But dragging them and place there. Collection for blue bin will be in a week on Tuesday and purple in two weeks. Deliberate antisocial behaviour. This behaviour upsets my wife and child due to all facts as it disturbs, distresses and concerns due to behaviour. We had to call police 0040 /15/2/26 canabis stunk our home to the point it’s unbearable. From same Perpetrator.
