Temporary crossing needs traffic light on right hand side of the road

The temporary crossing that has been put in place whilst the permanent lights are being fixed needs to have a traffic light on the right hand side of the road. When coming from kidlington to oxford as the traffic light that is, there is hard to see as it's in the bus lane and there's no traffic light on the right hand side of the road for people to see. A few street lights nearby are also not working
