Dead deer

Reported via mobile anonymously at 20:21, Sat 6 December 2025

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and South Oxfordshire District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8511128.

Two deer carcasses rotting on verges on downhill carriageway approx opposite Fairmile Cemetary. One on central reservation. The other on left verge. Biffa have been informed but carcasses still not removed. Deer killed by motorists is a common occurrence on this road between Nettlebed & Henley. Obvious signage of live deer activity required on this stretch of road & regular checks to remove carcasses required.

Council ref: ENQ251067305
