Mindless graffiti on wall in conservation area

Graffiti on wall above pavement at the bottom end of Oakfield Grove facing owner-occupied houses, approximately 3m x 1m. It has been reported previously but it's status is currently stated as fixed, yet the graffiti clearly remains in December 2025, 5 months since its appearance. It is an eyesore in a quiet residential area that is also a conservation area.
