I hit this pothole on my bike in the dark and it caused me to fall off and sustain an injury to my chin and a cut lip. I'm a regular cyclist on this road but in the dark and rain it was not visible despite lights.

    This may be one of the "two similar" ones mentioned in the original report. It's opposite the main square of Oxford Brookes, near the pedestrian crossing where the kerb goes in to the left. It's really quite deep and could cause serious injury to cyclists.
