URGENT : Large pothole on A40 eastbound

Urgent : Large pothole (estimate 500x500x150mm deep) on A40 eastbound on recently resurfaced section just east of Ducklington lane slip road. Too dangerous to take photo, pothole on driving line and hence very dangerous due to size, location & speed of this carriageway … needs urgent, immediate action as safety issue.
