Pothole on middle of road at traffic light crossing. Dangerous particularly in low light for mobility scooters and for those with poor balance/ using walking aidsse

The pothole is actually in the pedestrian crossing area of the road at the traffic lights. It is not easy to see in low light and my mobility scooter wheel got caught in it whilst crossing the road.
