This manhole cover is sinking into the brickwork at an angle and the bricks are becoming being exposed to vehicle tyres.

Reported to Anglian Water by phone call. Job reference generated for a technican to investigate. The council may be approached for works to be completed with a turnaround time of up to 12 weeks (14/04/2026).

An Anglian Water engineer will investigate by Tuesday, 27 January 20:00 ( so within 7 days of the report ) - increasing the turnaround time of any works required.

There remains a sinking manhole cover on the bend of Rowditch Furlong exposing brickwork to vehicle tyres. This was reported 06/12/2025. Location Information: ///newer.lush.boardroom. This issue was reported to both Milton Keynes City Council and to Anglian Water. Anglian Water has been re-approached today for an update as the turn around time for works to be completed approaches.
