Passing points filled with deep mud trenches

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8505876.

The passing points are full of deep mud trenches all along The Hollow Road. I was forced to pull into one to let another car pass, and barely managed to get my car back out again.
