Long areas of deep collapsed road edge

Sent to Solihull Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8505849.

Dangerous collapsed road edge that has to be avoided. this has been getting worse since large hgvs and coaches have been squeezing past oncoming traffic on this narrow road. It has claimed another victims tyre this morning.

  • Hopefully at least a few patched areas will have been carried out but I am no longer using this road as far too dangerous - its just an unpleasant journey.

  • The road is getting worse. Its now far too dangerous to use with added HGV's and buses/coaches regulary using it, I drive extra miles to avoid if at all possible.

  • The entire road is worse and now not safe to drive at busy times, wet or dark as far too many dangerous areas to negotiate and avoid , impossible for vehicles in both directions to pass safely without risking hitting potholes and collapsed edges.

  • Dreadfully dangerous road to drive along as unrepaired deep potholes and collapsed edges restrict the usable surface. It’s like a slalem praying nothing coming the other way.
