Uneven slippery surface

The leaves from council owned trees on Westfield Park BS66LX have not been swept in the last 8 weeks. The pavement is now wet and slippery, the surface is very dangerous to walk on. The gullies are also blocked with leaves causing puddles of filthy water. I now walk on the roads as this feels safer than slippery pavements.
