Dangerously narrow pavement on busy road

There is only pavement on the north side of this road. The hedgerow is severely overgrown, particularly where the road curves right. This means that pedestrians have no choice but to walk very close to the road and the cars come speeding around that corner on their way to shire lane. There are school children that are forced to walk on that pavement to get home. It's made even more dangerous, in the dark, with slippery leaves underfoot,... you can feel the force air from passing cars hit you, they are so close. Would be a tragedy if someone slipped off the pavement and were hit!
