There a number of springs missing from one corner of trampoline. Concern is trampoline could break and a child be injured

Thank you for raising this issue with us. We have fenced the areas off for the time being to make the play equipment safe. We are in the process of working with the play specialist to rectify this issue.

Thank you for your continued patience. We are waiting for the delivery of the relevant parts to carry out the repairs. Once we have a confirmed date from the supplier, this FMS will be updated.

Thank you for your patience. It is expected that the repair to the trampoline will happen on the 30th March 2026. A further update will be provided once the works have been undertaken and/or if there is any change to this date.
