Gully is blocked and floods the road and pavement on this busy crossroads

Gully was finally repaired in the last year but the drain obviously was not. Every time it rains this corner floods, on a busy interchange where people are crossing to make their way to the high street shops; consequently soaking pedestrians as cars pass through the pond that forms.
