Road closed signage been put up by residents to stop cards going down Lion Road, Pagham. The road

The road has not been officially closed, but is close to a road closure. A local resident has taken it upon themselves to use signage and move it to cover Lion Road, when the road is NOT officially closed. This is obstructing traffic and causing dangerous conditions for vehicles where they cannot get through. This needs addressing ASAP before an accident happens.
