Constant dangerous illegal parking

At the top of Haymans Green leading out onto Mill Lane in West Derby Village there is constant illegal parking. It stops cars safely entering and leaving Haymans Green, the cars parked on pavements blocks access to wheelchairs and prams. It needs more regular wardens

  • Cars are parking illegally constantly outside the Halton Castle Pub and the health food business. It blocks pedestrians and forces push chairs and wheelchair users onto the road. It is a busy bus route and they are blocked from passing. It causes chaos and there are not enough traffic wardens patrolling it so there is next to no deterrent
