Sent to Leeds City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8499410.

Someone keeps parking in disabled bay without a blue badge meaning i cant park there with my badge. This is on and off a few times a week.

Neighbour still parking in the disabled bay without a blue badge so i cant park there. They're unapproachable so cant speak to them about it.
