This problem has been going on for years. Water comes up from the ground by a lamppost which is situated on a grass verge.then is flows across the pavement on to another grass verge. When this happens it makes the leaves wet and slippery. When is it cold the water freezes over and becomes black ice. I reported this to your site the other day, unfortunately you got the location wrong. I slipped on the black ice 8th January 2025. Spent 6 days in hospital with a fractured tibia. It was reported, I can’t believe it has not been repaired in the last 11 months. Another accident waiting to happen.
