Drains have been blocked for years. When it rains heavily, large puddles are created which obstructs walking paths 961 and 997 Tollcross Road and also at and the parking area directly outside of 947 Tollcross Road. When they dry up, mounds of dirt sludge are left over which leaves the pavements filthy.
