During any rainfall this drain floods and recently even more so that people, mobility scooters, unable to pass on pavement and floods road gully up to 5 houses away from drain so becomes more difficult to cross road as wide band of unpleasant water

Blocked drain on minimal rainfall, see above please . outside house, on a corner.. been present for many months but recently now only needs minimal rainfall for road, gully and pavement to be filled with water
