Abuse of bin system

Female who lives at 832 Carntyne Road Glasgow G32 6NQ is abusing bin system

Put out green bin yesterday 2 December correct day

Then today 3 December put green bin on opposite pavement

On Tuesday 25 November put out blue bin on correct day

Then on Wednesday 26 November put blue bin at corner of 841 Carntyne Road & 112 Greyfriars Street

Not sure when she first started doing this

It is unfair that she is getting bins emptied twice a week all other residents put out bins once a week on correct day and they do not abuse the system
