The pavement is impassable - I had to walk in the road to pass - this is the A23 - it is dangerous. I have reported this before - nothing has been done, when are you going to sort this out?!

Brighton Road A23 Horley - just down from the petrol station - this has been like this for years - reported multiple time - nothing done!
